Zyprexa
Zyprexa (Olanzapine) was first approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 1996 for treatment of schizophrenia (a psychiatric disorder). In 2000, FDA approved Zyprexa for bi-polar disorder treatment as well. Since 1996, Zyprexa has been prescribed to more than 6 million individuals.
In recent years, multiple studies have linked Zyprexa to the following diseases:
- Onset of diabetes,
- Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome (NMS),
- Tradive Dyskinesia (TD),
- Kidney Failure
These studies have concluded that many people who have taken Zyprexa
have died from these side effects and many more have committed suicide.
